The best keto sandwich on the planet
I’m still waiting to see how this one turns out.
But it has been so delicious I’ve got no doubt it will be a winner for me.
The sandwich came from my very own personal stash, so the ingredients were simple and easy to make.
It was not only tasty, but it also had plenty of carbs and protein for me to feel full for a long while.
And with the added bonus of the delicious ingredients, the sandwich is even better.
The first time I made this sandwich I had a lot of doubts.
I was worried about how long I could eat the sandwich, or how much it would make me gain weight.
It turns out, I had the wrong idea.
I’m sure you can imagine how much I loved the sandwich.
It is simple, tasty and very filling.
It also tastes so good, it has me wanting to make it again.
The keto buns.
You can find them at most grocery stores, and they’re pretty delicious.
First, a little bit about me: I am not a super healthy person, and I am not vegan.
So my bread is a little extra carb-heavy.
That said, I don’t feel like my keto keto diet is causing any negative effects on my health.
That being said, it does feel like I’m gaining weight a little faster now that I’m making it, and that’s definitely a positive.
I’m also not sure how I feel about the amount of carbs I’m eating, but that may just be my body’s way of getting used to the carbs.
When it comes to sandwiches, I tend to like the ones that are light, crisp and easy.
If you’re looking for a sandwich that’s not too heavy, I think this is one that is perfect.
For the sandwich recipe, I used a 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour for the bread and I used 1/2 cup of shredded coconut.
I didn’t have any butter in my recipe, so I used the keto butter.
After the bread was baked for about 10 minutes, I sliced it into cubes and served it over a large piece of homemade macaroni and cheese.
I also served it with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and a sprinkle or two of salt.
This sandwich has a light and crispy crust, but there is also plenty of fat in it, so you’ll want to add more to the sandwich to get it to your desired weight.
This recipe makes about 8-10 sandwiches.
I’ve had some that were big enough for me, but they were so much easier to cut into pieces and eat.
