How to Make Bien Tacos: The Best Vegan Bien Tofu Recipe
Bien tacos are a popular Mexican food dish that can be enjoyed at nearly any restaurant, but you can make them at home.
They are incredibly easy to make, which is why many people have made them at their house for years.
While you can easily cook them at a slow simmer, I prefer making them at the stovetop because they taste better, even when they are cooked to the point of being too soft.
Here’s how to make your own Bien Taco.

Cook for another 10-12 minutes, or until the tortillas are lightly browned.
Let the tortilla mixture rest for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
