Brioche is the traditional bread for Easter.
Here are some recipes to try out.
If using the Brioche recipe for the brioche, bake the dough at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
You can bake the brioches on the inside for an even browned crust.
You could also use this recipe to make brioche loafs.
For a lighter, more indulgent recipe, you could make brioche breads in an oven at 400 degrees or higher, then put the crusts in a greased 9×13 pan, bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown, turning them out.
You will need to bake the bread at 400 again to make sure the crust is cooked through.
This recipe makes enough for six brioche loaves.
Recipe Notes You can make briocahes in any size or shape, and you can also make larger loaves by using smaller pieces of brioche.
Brioches can also be made with a regular, white flour bread, but the crust should be soft enough for brioche to adhere to.
