How to Unleaven Bread: Unleast-Baked, Uncooked and Uncooked with Just 1 Scoop
Unleaving all the ingredients in the fridge for an hour and changing the oven’s setting are some of the best ways to un-leaven bread.
But what about those of us who want a quick, un-chewy and delicious bread that doesn’t need to be kneaded?
Well, there’s a simple recipe for doing it.
Here’s how to do it, in one minute:1.
Unwrap the dough and roll it into a cylinder, about 1cm thick.2.
In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, salt, yeast and water.3.
Using your hands, form a ball with your hands and roll the dough around the rim.4.
Dip the ball in the dough, gently pressing it onto the rim of a baking sheet.5.
Repeat this process for another ball of dough.6.
When the dough is well-poured, sprinkle it with flour and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.7.
When it’s done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.8.
When cool, transfer the dough to a lightly greased and floured surface.9.
Roll the dough into a rectangle and place in a greased baking dish.10.
Cover and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting into slices.
